Located in a fully renovated former greenhouse, the living room is very bright. The leather sofa and armchairs ensure comfort and relaxation. In winter, the fireplace provides a relaxing and romantic setting for your evenings.

The adjoining dining area seats up to 12 people.

The garden is spacious, enclosed and very quiet. Numerous rosebushes and hydrangeas live side by side with a palm tree and a few other trees, giving you a choice of sun or shade.

Located in a terraced flat, this large room overlooks the garden. has a 140×190 bed. It forms a suite with bedroom 5 and bathroom 3. This makes it ideal for parents with one or two children, who can sleep in bedroom 5, or for a couple seeking a little privacy. Bedroom 2 can be converted into a lounge.

How are the bedrooms arranged?

The gîte offers several bedrooms, including one with a queen-size bed, a children's room with bunk beds and an adjoining apartment set (double bed 140×190 and bunk beds), ideal for parents with children or for some privacy. One bedroom has an en-suite bathroom and direct access to the garden.

Is La Serre wheelchair accessible?

Yes. The home is single-storey and two bathrooms are fitted for wheelchair users: grab bars, shower seat, raised toilet, adapted basin and walk-in shower. It is the most accessible gîte on the estate.

General questions

How do I book?

Booking is made directly online on the website. It becomes effective once all or part of the rental amount is paid.

Are cleaning and linen included?

Yes. In every gîte, cleaning is included and bed linen and towels are provided.

What is the cancellation policy?

For cancellations more than 30 days before arrival, a 30% deposit is retained (70% refunded). Less than 30 days before arrival, no refund is possible. Any cancellation must be sent by registered letter with acknowledgement of receipt.

Are pets allowed?

Yes, pets are welcome in every gîte, dogs in particular. Please state the type and number of animals when booking. Pets must not roam the estate alone or climb on beds and sofas.
