Closed for rental for 4 years, La Vigne is an adjoining house with your hosts’ home. It is located at the entrance to the forest, and has two terraces, facing west or east, which will immerse you in the tranquility of the forest park.

Completely renovated, it’s ideal for a retreat for two, inviting you to contemplate the romantic, enigmatic and relaxing natural surroundings.

The living room

The living room has a comfortable sofa bed and two matching armchairs. With access to the west facing terrace, you can (re)relax after a busy day and watch the sun set over the forest.

All the objects on display are the fruit of finds by Jean-Marie, an antique dealer, who hunts to make our gîtes special accommodations.

The bedroom

This naughty 14 m2 room has a comfortable 140×190 bed with four pillows.

A chest of drawers, a wardrobe and a cupboard will give you plenty of space to store all your belongings.

The kitchen

Practical and modern, the kitchen is fully equipped. Ideally placed, it leads to the dining area and the east-facing terrace.

The terraces

Two terraces are available. The first, facing due east, offers early risers the chance to enjoy breakfast under the majestic sunrises that the South West has to offer.

The second is equipped with a plancha and a table with four chairs to enjoy the generous sunsets. Beforehand, enjoy long, sunny afternoons in a deckchair overlooking the forest.

How many guests can La Vigne sleep?

La Vigne sleeps 2 to 4 guests: a double bed in the bedroom and a 2-seater sofa bed in the living room. A cot is available on request. It is ideal for a couple's getaway or a small family.

How is the gîte laid out?

A single-storey home of 60 m²: a bedroom with a double bed (140×190), a living room with a 2-seater sofa bed, a kitchen open to the dining area, a separate bathroom and a separate WC.

Is La Vigne a detached house?

No, it is a semi-detached house: the gîte occupies one half, the other is occupied by your hosts. It stands at the edge of the forest.

Is there a terrace?

Yes, two terraces: the east terrace for breakfast in the rising sun, and the west terrace, with a plancha and a table, for sunset over the forest.

Is the kitchen fully equipped?

Yes, fully: dishwasher, washing machine, fan oven, microwave, fridge/freezer, filter coffee maker, pod coffee maker (Nespresso), kettle and toaster.

Is La Vigne suitable for guests with reduced mobility?

The home is single-storey but not specifically fitted for wheelchairs. For accessibility needs, La Serre is the most suitable gîte.

General questions

How do I book?

Booking is made directly online on the website. It becomes effective once all or part of the rental amount is paid.

Are cleaning and linen included?

Yes. In every gîte, cleaning is included and bed linen and towels are provided.

What is the cancellation policy?

For cancellations more than 30 days before arrival, a 30% deposit is retained (70% refunded). Less than 30 days before arrival, no refund is possible. Any cancellation must be sent by registered letter with acknowledgement of receipt.

Are pets allowed?

Yes, pets are welcome in every gîte, dogs in particular. Please state the type and number of animals when booking. Pets must not roam the estate alone or climb on beds and sofas.
