L’Atelier

Located in a former resin manufacturer’s workshop, l’Atelier offers a 120 m2 apartment with a large terrace under a canopy. You’ll find a large living/dining room and open-plan kitchen, as well as three bedrooms and two bathrooms (sleeping six). Two of the bedrooms, with their large bay windows, look out over the trees of a Landes ‘airial’, with a view of the old Darricau dovecote, where Winston Churchill used to paint when he stayed in Mimizan with his friend the Duke of Westminster.

Bedroom 1

This large, light-filled bedroom (16m2) has a comfortable queen-size bed. The Art Nouveau decoration brightens up the room. Equipped with air conditioning and electric blinds.

Bedroom 2

Like the first, this room has a queen-size bed and Art Deco decor. With a surface area of 14m2, its large bay window offers a delightful view of the park and the dovecote.

Un séjour parfait Nous avons été très bien accueilli et cet hébergement est idéalement situé, au calme et d'une propreté irréprochable. En plus il est meublé avec gout ce qui ne gâche rien !!! idéal avec des enfants, à proximité du lac et des commerces ( à pied en quelques minutes ) nous recommandons vivement.
